The top Carnival in France, the Nice Carnival takes place in Place Masséna and the Albert I garden, close to the Hôtel Suisse.

For its 2027 edition, the Nice Carnival celebrates love in all its forms: passionate, romantic, familial or universal. With spectacular floats, colourful entertainment and a unique festive atmosphere, this year’s event promises to set the Côte d’Azur alight with emotion and creativity.
With the Queen now on an equal footing with the King, the Carnival continues to evolve whilst upholding a centuries-old tradition. An unmissable event for young and old alike, where magic, togetherness and joie de vivre will take centre stage in the heart of Nice.
